We will handle the handover, including contacting your previous accountant and transferring records.
With the right support, the switch can be smooth, with minimal disruption to your business.
Yes – We are based in Derry/Londonderry, but our cloud accounting systems means support does not have to be limited by location. Many clients are happy to work remotely using our digital systems, secure document sharing and online meetings, while local businesses may prefer a mix of online and face-to-face support. What matters most is not the postcode — it is whether the support, systems and communication style are the right fit for your business.
You will be invited to meet online with one of our experts to discuss your current setup, challenges, and what’s causing friction. You will be asked to complete a short questionnaire beforehand for context.

An outsourced finance department can cover far more than bookkeeping. Depending on what your business needs, it can include bookkeeping, VAT, payroll, management accounts, KPI reporting, cash flow forecasting, budgeting, systems support and higher-level financial advice.
It depends on how much support you need and how complex your finances are.
Some businesses need light guidance, others want shared responsibility, and some need full outsourcing.
Start with what solves today’s problems and scale as you grow.
Yes — messy books can usually be cleaned up with the right process.
We assess what’s missing, fix errors, and bring everything up to date.
We offer fixed, transparent monthly packages with no hidden costs.
Making Tax Digital (MTD) is HMRC’s move to digital tax reporting — from April 2026, if you’re self-employed or a landlord earning over £50,000, you’ll need to keep digital records and submit quarterly updates using software instead of one annual return.
The threshold drops to £30,000 in 2027 and £20,000 in 2028, so even if it doesn’t affect you yet, it likely will soon.
