We’ve had Xero for a number of years but really didn’t have a clue where to start to get things working. Our bank feed wasn’t working properly, we did our VAT on spreadsheets and we used an invoice template on word processing to draw u invoices to our customers. Nothing was joined up, it took a lot of time to do the admin and bookkeeping side of things.

Now, we can raise dozens of sales invoices within 30 minutes each month and these are with our customers via Xero email in minutes, along with our T’s & C’s attached. We have an accurate bank balance daily, we know exactly how much we’re owed by customers and we can run and file our VAT returns and payroll returns on Xero in a very small amount of time each month and quarter.
